about

Ronnie Ply is out there somewhere feeling sorry for himself. He's paid for more wedding rings than he has fingers. At the age of 11, his father, Rubel Ply, kicked him hard in the ass with a size 13D Justin boot and said, "Hurry up with them calf fries!"

Track Name: There's No Water For The Cactus In My Heart
There's no water for the cactus in my heart
There's no more fertilizer for my soul
She stripped off all my blossoms and tore my roots apart
And left me to die here in this dry hole

We started out on very fertile ground
Growing together here in this bed
But once I took her succulence for granted
And let my prickly pears be misled

My branches grew away from her direction
Soon they wrapped around an old fence post
That's when she uprooted and tilled up all my soil
Her moisture is what I will miss the most

There's no water for the cactus in my heart
There's no more fertilizer for my soul
She stripped off all my blossoms and tore my roots apart
And left me to die here in this dry hole

My needles are no longer pointing stiff
The dust has gathered on my withered veins
What once was standing firm has fallen over
This hollow stump of a stalk is all that remains

There's no water for the cactus in my heart
There's no more fertilizer for my soul
She stripped off all my blossoms and tore my roots apart
And left me to die here in this dry hole
